Bilingual writer. Loyola University New Orleans graduate, Isa has experience writing scripts, online content, conducting interviews, copywriting and even writing for Live television as she did for the 2007 Orange Bowl in Florida.
Her documentary on Celia Cruz won a regional Emmy. She has freelanced for companies such as Gol TV, Planeta Networks, Discovery Networks, Sony AXN, Locomotion, and The Marketing Store among others.
The HBO Latino special ‘HABLA y HABLA’ features two clips of her, and she also appears in TRUST 22, winner as best documentary at the Tenerife Film Festival in 2007.
Her writings have been published in magazines such as: Loft, Portada, Television Latin America, University of Miami, Kena, Distrikt (where she was editor-in-chief), Chicken Soup for the Recovering Soul, HUNGRY Miami City Guide, La Chispa de Conny Méndez and other online sources.
Isa has interviewed several celebrities, musicians, and baseball players. Her interests are animals, films, culture, music, travel, and social causes.
Currently working on a feature script with 11-time gold glove winner, Omar Vizquel, she continues to freelance while also taking care of her son, Ian.
